• 14-79 Years old-visa interview is required (some exceptions for renewals)

• 80 and younger-visa interview is generally not required

Must be against a white background Photo must be 2- inches by 2 inches Wearing of eye glasses are not allowed

Photo must be taken within the last six (6) months
