• 3. Original passport (must be valid for 6 months from date of travel and must at least have 2 blank visa pages left)

• 4. Photocopy of the passport’s information / photo page & emergency contact page (A4-size)

• 5. Old passport(original &photocopy. A4-size)

• 6. Roundtrip airline ticket(A4-size)

• 7. Hotel voucher (A4-size)

• 8. Day to day itinerary in China (A4-size)

• 9. Previous China visa latest(USED VISA)(original &photocopy. A4-size)

Processing Time

Approximately 5-7 working days from the time the application is received by the embassy (can be extended without prior notice).

FOR BUSINESSMAN

• Original bank statement for the past 6 months (same bank account number with the Bank Certificate)

• Latest ITR with BIR received stamp

FOR STUDENTS

• For student, photocopy of student ID (A4-size)

FOR RETIREE

• Photocopy of Senior Citizen’s ID.

• Retirement Certificate for early retiree.

• Affidavit of Support if Senior is dependent.

If employee, original employment certificate (detailing the salary and the length of employment with the company’s letterhead and signature of HR Manager or Employer) & employment contract; if businessman, business registration certificate

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Please print the application form in A4 size.

• No staple allowed to all requirements.

• Please submit complete documents to avoid delays in processing.

• Please do not leave any blank in the application form. Kindly put “N.A.” if it’s not applicable.

• Make sure that the back page of the passport is filled up (Address, Tel Numbers, and Name of Person to be contacted in case of emergency).
